- % Increase to building materials ( iLvl 1+ )
v0.47: Common/uncommon items cost 25%/50% of base cost to seal.
Slot also affects cost. Compared to base:
- Two-handed: 2.5x
- Helmet, Back and Wrist: 0.5x
- Jewelry: 1.5x
- Waist: 0.1x
